Every single employee was amazing, and I felt very comfortable the entire time that I was here. The four people who assisted me today were, and I hope I got their names correct, Tyson, Brittany, Dr. Chen, and Marlene. They were all patient, professional, knowledgeable, kind, and warm. “I want to counter the really pretty awful string of reviews about Doctor Friedman. Granted he isn't very warm or touchy-feely, but he is intelligent and professional and he answered all of my questions at length - he was very prompt. But you have to be prepared to ask those questions. If you don't ask, he won't volunteer- he's not a natural teacher. The office was humming along on time, the front office was very courteous, efficient and friendly. That may have been the trouble in the past - as doctors are sometimes judged on how well the front office is functioning, which is obviously a mistake.. If the front office is dysfunctional, the doctors are judged on this despite their professional abilities. That's a shame. Granted, I didn't have any surgical procedures done today, but he did efficiently address my medical issues and as I said answered all my questions. He also takes Medicare.”
