“I met Rick over a year ago, I after a knee replacement surgery felt I needed a therapist beyond physical therapy. I prior to Rick had not experienced a professional massage therapist. Rick from my first session to now has been instrumental in my health and well being. Iris M states it perfectly , he knows the inner working of the body and how it connects and uses his knowledge to provide excellent therapeutic massages. He worked with my knees and hips and subsequently eliminated my hip pain which had resulted in too many years relying on my left knee to compensate for the right knee which was just no longer doing what a knee is designed to do. So I went through the surgery and physical therapy, walking, exercising etc., etc., a friend of mine recommended a massage therapist, and Rick happened to be the person I connected with. He has done wonders for me. He also assisted me in recovering from a frozen shoulder - which I do not wish on anybody. Very Very Painful. I was seeing both a Physical Therapist and Rick. His skills helped me get through the painful physical therapy needed to resolve the shoulder issue. “This was the best hot stone massage I’ve ever had. Monica used some techniques with the hot stones that I’ve never had before and it felt amazing. The facial was also the best I’ve ever had. Teresa tailored the facial for my skin and it not only felt great but my skin was visibly glowing for a good 2 days after. Teresa recommended some products for my mom and I and we are both glad we bought them. The cleanser, exfoliate, and serum is my new daily (weekly for exfoliate) routine and my skin is looking more clear and soft.
