Spa On the Plaza

Spa On the Plaza offers a luxurious day spa experience, known for being voted as the best spa and best skin care by locals. The spa is a popular choice for those seeking to recharge and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere.

Customers have had varying experiences at the spa. Some have been highly satisfied, praising the exceptional service, atmosphere, and massages provided by the staff, particularly the skilled masseuse Melanie and the talented esthetician Shelly. Customers have described the massages and facials as amazing, with Melanie's ability to "melt away any aches and pains" and Shelly's gentle and relaxing touch.

However, other customers have had less positive experiences, finding the facility to be less than clean and the staff not very welcoming. Some were disappointed that the steam room was not working, and no accommodations were made.

The management has demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction, handling negative feedback well and offering a full refund for a disappointing massage experience. This indicates a willingness to address any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Overall, Spa On the Plaza offers a luxurious and relaxing experience, with the potential for exceptional service and treatments, particularly from Melanie and Shelly. While some customers have had less positive experiences, the spa's management appears to be dedicated to addressing any concerns and maintaining a high level of customer care.
