“We recently completed an extensive (over 1MM) total renovation with Team Murrer. I say team because they are a team from day one.
Amazing communication, attention to detail and great accounting. They truly did an amazing job for us.

I'm adding more details to help you make the SMART choice to use them:

1. I'm a custom higher end home builder and remodeling contractor. I can be a tough audience, critic and micromanager.
There wasn't a time where I felt I needed to do anything else other than be part of the team. As I knew the work was being done diligently and spot on quality wise. Typically, the last stages are the most difficult, it's where the finishes come into play. Paul and Adelle stayed on every sub to perform the work as it needed to be done. Our punch-list was short. It was competed in record time. Adelle is amazing on completion scheduling.

2. We started off with another local builder. It was a horrid experience. Constant delays, poor communication and little value for what was paid to them. I'll leave it at that.

3. We live out of state, so most of this was done via calls, emails and texts, plus some strategic progress visits.
even being out-of-state we knew we could count on great day-to-day communication. There was no unturned stone or detail not discussed during the process.

Again, as a builder, I know everything has gotten crazy expensive. Thus, it's so so important to pick the right contractor who respects your money and truly is vested in making it a successful project. I can assure you they are your team.

“I chose AV builders group for my home remodel process. This is our first step of the renovation (demolition and framing) I felt av groups did a perfect job so I want to give a review and will update the process along the step. I interviewed five renovation teams: Eventually, I decided to choose them. They have fair pricing, I'll definitely recommend them to everyone. Choosing a renovation team is truly a big learning process. We are at our first stage of renovation, framing and demolition. We found many things that needed replacing during the teardown process. For example, decayed or termite-damaged wood, old pipes; as well as installing insulation and reinforcing the foundation. Alberto was able to taking care of this for me. Alberto is also handling things like contractor licenses, worker's comp, and permits. He can clearly explain every detail, each steps, how long it will take, and how each part will be done. Most of the time, they take care of everything, so I don't need to go to the site in person. Every day after work, they also spend about half an hour cleaning up the site thoroughly.“

“I had the pleasure of meeting both Al and Eddie. After going thru an unsuccessful bid for a land initially, I came back to Eddie and successfully found another 11 acre land in the same gated community (in Carmel Valley/Monterey area). Eddie is professional (has incredible follow-thru), very detailed oriented, and is incredibly patient. Because of these qualities and because he is a good listener, I received quality inspection/due diligence reports from him. I also want to point out that he has integrity. For example, he would call me PRIOR to doing any additional assessment, esp if it is costly (he would even question if needed at the time). I would highly recommend contacting Eddie (the great thing is that he has Al to leverage as well!) for any real estate due diligence needs. He can help you determine if you can legitimately build a house on a parcel of land. In short, he is just an incredible individual.“
