It was my first pilates group class, and I was really nervous but Lindsay is an incredible instructor. She explained everything clearly before the class to prepare me, including how to be safe and how to modify the exercises, and then during the class she described the positions and technique so effectively. My shoulders and legs were burning and my ass was shaking but she pushed us to hold on as long as we good. Very motivating. I look forward to coming back!
