“Shoutout the homie Matt, I made an appointment for 8:20pm on a Thursday and he had some other customers when I arrived, he asked me if I could come back later since he didn't know if he would get to me in time before closing after I explained what I came in for, I asked if there was any way that it would be possible and he said there *might* be a possibility, emphasis on the *might*, I let him know I'll wait and if it doesn't happen it doesn't happen, he said he didn't want me to wait around to then not be helped but I said it was okay, he was able to finish with the other customers and still have time to help me before closing!
