“I have never been to a UBreakIFix before, my concern was poor battery health on my iPhone. The staff was great, gave me a good explanation of the situation and all the “what ifs” that could take place as well as making me aware of the worst case scenario. I handed my phone over at 11:30am, they quoted me two hours for battery replacement. I arrived at 1:40pm and the phone was completed and in the same condition I handed it to them. The reason I can’t give them a 5th star is simply because yes, they did the battery replacement but the phone was returned to me with 4%, I understand the battery’s come on low state of charge it just would have been nice to know that they quality checked their work prior to my arrival(as in, get the phone to at least 50%). That attention to detail would have easily gotten them a 5 star but aside from that hiccup they seemed to do a good job.“

Being a senior citizen (retired punk) I never buy new phones; I always look for a refurbished flagship phone that's a few years old...so it was time to upgrade from my old Galaxy S9 to a Galaxy S21 Ultra...

Now there's always the dread of transferring all my data, pictures, apps, etc. to my new phone...

I found this new shop near Silverlake that had good reviews...so I thought I'd give him a try and OMG..!! What a great phone technician this guy is..!!
In 90 minutes he not only moved everything from my old phone to my new phone, but he actually set up my screens EXACTLY THE SAME..!! And he charged me so little that I had to give him a tip for such good service..!!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Juan and his little shop...he is young, smart & honorable & really took care of an old punk like me...
So if you need ANY cell phone repair, bring it here first & you won't be disappointed...“
