My bathroom and adjacent closet were damaged from a water leak from my neighbor's condo above mine. Milan inspected and took measurements of the affected areas and submitted his proposal to my neighbor's insurance agent. Zimax opened up the closet wall and ceiling above my bathtub and performed mold remediation. After 3 days drying with heater blowers, the technicians promptly repaired the ceiling and wall. The technicians were polite and were careful to protect the bathtub surface and flooring. They completely restored the affected areas with no signs of damage. I'm thankful that the job was done quickly and that Zimax took care of the details with my neighbor's insurance.

Wow! After a devastating leak, these guys took care of me from remedy start to rennovation execution. Walking me through the process every step. They were quick showing up when damaged first appeared too!

In remodel repairs I recieved quotes about 3 contractors for renovations. Zimax gave us the best deal and based on their reviews and how they treated me during water damage remedy, I went with them and happy I did.
