Josh, Jessie and the cute young lady who was with them did an excellent job. They arrived an hour after I called, quickly set up their pumps to remove the water from under my house, and stayed several hours until it was fully drained. Then they set up their other equipment to begin the drying process. It took several days, but the end result was fantastic. They were all very nice and polite and easy to do business with and fair pricing too . They all worked very hard to stay on top of things. I would use them again in a heart beat, but hope I don't have to :) They're great!!!!!

August 2022... I seemed to have a condensation leak from my air conditioning unit that, over time, began to fill up the ventilation duct underneath the house causing the cool air not to blow throughout. Josh came over within 3Hrs after placing the initial call for assistance. That same day he and his crew pumped out gallons of water and made sure nothing flooded under the house. Maybe 3 days later there was concern that water from the insulation may have drained back into the ventilation duct. I called Josh directly, set up a date and time and he returned promptly to pump out any additional water. Great job!

After discovering five inches of water under our WLA house, Emergency Services Restoration came out and sucked the water out almost immediately. Immediate Response Restoration came after to dry everything out. Mike who was my contact through it all was wonderful -- the two companies are related. Mike called back each time I called to talk about the work's progress and he even was proactive and called with updates on his own (amazing communications for these days). The ESR person who was removing the water was great, too, giving us updates as he worked under the house and took pictures, which we greatly appreciated.
