And the variety of classes from yin to chair to slow flow to vinyasa make it a studio that works for all bodies’s needs.“

“Over The Moon Wellness was a great find. Patty saved my vacation. We came for the Rose Bowl and a week of sightseeing but the first thing I did was fall into some hedges. My leg was spasming, cramping, making it difficult to walk. Patty found the pressure points to get the muscles to calm down and allow healing to begin.

Don’t be fooled by look outside. This tucked into an office type building, but inside it is a very calming environment. I didn’t see an elevator or handicap entrance. I went up and down by the circle stairs.“
