I was looking for a relaxing massage to relive shoulder, lower back, and knee pain and I walked out a lifetime client. Dulce doesn’t aim to put a temporary bandaid on your areas of pain. She is invested in finding the root of what’s causing the problem and gives you simple exercises to follow at home. Her massages are targeted at realigning your body so you can walk out 100x better than you came in. The talent she has is undeniable, during the hands on massage, she’ll point out areas of tension or imbalance I didn’t even realize I had.
I am so impressed that within a couple appointments, I was able to correct my bad posture significantly and relieve so much tension from my body. The best part, I see other results I didn’t even realize were tied to posture, such as better gym results, better mind-muscle connection, less headaches, less inflammation & bloating.
I appreciate so much that is she’s so invested in me overcoming pain that she equips me with stretches or mobility exercises to do at home without needing to come back.
But I keep coming back because Divine Posture has become one of my favorite forms of self care.
