It was my first time going to get a bikini wax. Xochitl was very kind and walked me through the process. She let me know all the steps and would let me have a break if I needed it. She educated me on what to do after since it was my first time being waxed it was very informative. She let me know if I had any skin concerns and how to take care of them. Overall was a very good experience she was so kind, understanding, and skilled.

This was my first time at European Wax Center, and I had such a great experience. The front desk staff was so welcoming and helpful, and my service was amazing. I got my eyebrows done and absolutely love how they turned out. Khalia is the best!

Gabby is an absolute gem! Love her positive attitude and our conversations, the reason I keep going back to you guys! I strongly believe you need to hire better receptionist at that desk. You had some amazing ladies at some point, but apparently they’ve changed
