“If I could give six stars I would. In the past I've always gotten glasses at the doctors office, but our insurance didn't cover that so we went to the Westlake Village Target Optical for my son's new glasses. Everyone who helped us was great. They are a nice, helpful and through. While I'm not a fan of paying for extra insurance I did this time, because they are for an active kid who wears them during PE. Well guess what, they broke and it was so easy and cheap to replace them. Excellent customer service, highly recommended.“

“The staff were amazing and the doctor was incredibly understanding with my disability and a true professional. The office staff had nice stock options for frames although only "black" options were prevalent. They worked so hard and finally found a larger frame for my big head that was not black. After over an hour searching, I was impressed and grateful.“
