Not only was Nancy relaxed and capable but her artistry soon became apparent. She took a look at my hair and assessed what it would do and what it wouldn't and proceeded. Not only was I put at ease instead if the usual hurry scurrying around but it turned out a wonderfully fun relaxed time. I was going to wear a fascinator(a British hat that you wear to the side) oftentimes seen at Ascot and other British events. The hat had lively swoops and feathers that she duplicated in the hairstyle...it turned out elegantly and classic...just what I wanted! Not only that she is the sweetest person ever! So, if you are looking for a stylist for a special occasion Nancy will not disappoint and will execute a perfect style for you! Couldn't have been more pleased! Thank you so much Nancy!!!“

“Our first time at Chumash resort, this is actually the first hotel/casino that actually smelled really clean walking and out of the hotel. We were able to check in 2 hours early with no extra charge. The staff were extremely friendly and assisted us right away. The only issue I had was the shower knob, it was very hard to turn, felt like it kept getting stuck. But overall great hotel, it is separate from the casino which is a plus!“
