This was my first time going to Salon V. Nancy was wonderful. She highlighted and cut my hair just like I requested and it turned out beautifully. She was easy to talk to and very nice. I give the experience a 5. I was a bit upset that the sign on the door said masks required and Covid precautions in place. In reality me, my stylist Nancy, and only one other person were wearing masks. There were many workers and clients within 6 feet of each other not wearing masks in an indoor setting. Please actually follow guidelines or take your signs down. If I weren't fully vaccinated I would have said something while I was there.

I can't believe I'm only remembering to review this salon right now! I was in town for a wedding and really wanted a blow out. I was messaging with Amanda (the owner) who was out of town for her anniversary that weekend but still took the time to set us up with one of her hair stylists to actually open up the salon just for us! I had never even met her or even been to Solvang before. Nancy (our hairstylist) doesn't even usually work on Sunday's, had never met us, had no connection to us, and STILL opened to help us out and did an amazing job!!! My daughter-in-law and I had a great experience with Nancy L. Starting with scheduling our after-hours appointment, through our finished hair-dos, Nancy was a pleasure to work with and very professional. We had traveled to town for a wedding and chose this salon based on Yelp. Nancy did not disappoint! We both loved the way we looked, and received many compliments on our hair. Nancy is sweet, smart, and above all excellent at what she does. Give Salon V and Nancy a try! You will be glad you did!
