This review is for their esthetician, Allie. I actually have not physically visited their facility. I'm interested in a skin care journey with Svia MedSpa, based off of glowing reviews. Unfortunately, Los Gatos is a bit far from where I live, and the San Mateo location is closer. I reached out to Allie, because she has put me on a skin regimen plan in the past, in a previous office. She graciously answered all my questions and gave me another full regimen to address my skin needs and concerns. Extremely professional and high quality service. Truly superior results. Would insist all of my friends and family work with Dr. Liu. Clean facilities, and friendly, supportive, & knowledgeable staff eliminates any stress a and creates a positive experience. From start to finish received the absolute best care, and believe my choice to work with Dr. Liu and his team made my outcomes better than I would have found at any other provider.
