I was able to get a same day appointment.There was only a very short wait once I got there.The appointment went great. Everything was explained as the deferent test of my eyes was done. My questions were completely answered. I was asked were there any other concerns that I might have.They are 100% professional.I will be back for my next eye check.

The staff is flexible, helped me schedule around my needs, and I was personally very impressed with Dr. Thomas Pan, who saw me yesterday. He was able to see trends in my vision that no one else has ever explained the possible causes for. I am appreciative for the time they take to make sure the perscriptions are as good as you can get. I felt like they didn’t try to oversell products when I brought my kids in, but really took the time to make sure they can see well and have healthy eyesight. I would recommend Los Gatos Eye Care 100%. (Edited: Also, in prior years I love the staff who help pick out glasses. I think they have a good sense of style and that part is easier...read full review
