It is a pleasure to have my eyes seen to at Los Gatos Eye Care, Optometry and Aesthetics! I have been a patient (and eyeglass customer) for years, and I have always been happy with the appointments and glasses I've received. Dr. Mason and her team are efficient, trustworthy, welcoming, and genuinely caring.
What a great team of doctors & eye care professionals! I have gone to Dr Mason (Polhemus) for many years & know I am getting the best eye care possible. I have recently been in to see Dr Mason about facial swelling & pain in the maxillary/eye area. She referred me to another Dr in her practice - Dr Kwok. What an amazing person! Dr Kwok went above & beyond to help me - I am so impressed with her level of care, concern, knowledge & professionalism. Of all of the doctors I have seen about this problem, Dr Kwok has helped the most. She has helped me filter & focus specifically on the problem - not on my self diagnosis or other distractions. I highly recommend this practice!!
Top eye care facility. Doctors are wonderful and take the time to listen to any concerns. Front staff is also great. Ashlyn Beale is a delight every time I come in, professional and with a cheerful personality. She is very efficient and I never end up waiting more than a couple minutes to be seen. Everyone in my family comes here and we couldn't be happier.
