Took my car in on yesterday, 5/16/24 for repair, the service was so wonderful, Terri the office assistant was really pleasant over the phone and the day before. And when I got to the shop her customer service was on point, she even gave me a ride home and offer to pick me back up. They repaired me car in a short lengthen of time and did not try to over charge me for anything, It's so hard to find honest people these days. I don't remember the owners name but he was also a nice person.

I'm hesitant with today's environment with prices so high that most mechanic shops are too eager to charge the maximum for work on parts that may or may not be needed. But in this case I can say that I was treated with repect. Polo who was in the main office and was who helped me. Was a total professional and gave me good vibes. Nothing like the other mechanics that I've had to watch sideways because they just wanted to maximize thier pockets. He was honest on pricing for labor and would give me the total once he figured out what was wrong. Which he did and was reasonable.
