Everybody is polite and seems to know what they are doing. It was raining and I was told to sit in the office rather than stand in rain, I thought that was thoughtful and kind. Plus they fixed my car. This was my first visit there and, yes, I would recommend Bullock's Automotive.
Love them!! Everyone is so nice and they know their mechanic stuff! They are honest and fair. The owner Mark, his son K.C and the other gentleman make you feel like you and your vehicle are in safe hands. Love this place!
I went in for a front strut issue. I was greeted by a really nice guy Casey, he took down my info and gave me an estimate for the repairs. To my joy the quote was significantly lower than I received from another mechanic. Earl was awesome and repaired the issue. I was back on the mean streets of L.A in no time. Mark the owner is a whole laugh factory, but the prize in the office is Ms. ROSIE!! She is their light in the office. She is the Queen of Customer Service. If you have been putting off car repairs or services, please contact them. You won't be disappointed.
