I had called Rooter Patrol Plumbing for a clogged drain after a horrible visit from another plumber. They sent out Jose within one hour, and he was so helpful and such a pleasure when he arrived. He was able to address our issue very painlessly, and got it fixed immediately. Not only was Jose and his team able to help us out with our problem, they were all extremely professional and accommodating.Since then, any problem that we've had, Jose has immediately come out and helped us fix the problem as soon as possible. I called rooter patrol because of the $49 promotion the plumber tried to unclog the drain but some point snaking did not work he recommended camera inspection to locate the problem after camera inspection the problem was much bigger, the main sewer pipe was broken causing back up. Paying for the camera to look for the issue was totally worth it and then the company credited camera inspection charge at the end. They were very professional with proof of images. I am very impressed with their customer cost. They are a very reliable company.
