Great service. Our heating unit stopped working and they were able to get the replacement parts ordered and fixed with-in 4 days. The technicians were very kind and friendly as well.

Used them twice. They are a provider for my home warranty and glad they are, you usually get stuck with one star Yelp companies, so was glad to be assigned to them. They tuned up my AC, installed a thermostat and now had them fix my furnace. I asked to have them when my home warranty tried to send another company, one glance at their reviews and I was like nope assign me to E&A again. If they come out for you, ask for the tech Leo he is fast, arrives on time and gets the job done.

Our Home Warranty company hooked us up with E&A because our AC wasn't working. The tech added some more refrigerant and we are cool again. We actually have 2 units (upstairs and downstairs). Just the downstairs wasn't working, but we wanted them to check the upstairs as well. The scheduler said we needed to add that to the ticket with the home warranty peeps. We did, but the tech still only had the one when he came out. A call back to the office and they eventually found the addition of the 2nd unit. That one was low too. So glad we checked. Two for the price of one! Sweet!
