Guests have enjoyed the pool and workout room, and the check-in process is quick. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience for travelers. Although there were some issues with service timing in the restaurant, the food, including ribeye steaks, was delicious, and the overall experience was positive. The hotel is a good choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.
Newly renovated and close to the airport. Rooms are a good size with new furnishings and well maintained. Club lounge is large and has nice furniture but is in the interior lower level of the hotel with no windows or views. Marriott club across the street is far superior in the views and even available food department. There wasn't really anything other drinks for grab n go in the club which was disappointing. Food was a big issue because I wanted to go to my room, order, and pick up from the in hotel restaurant. No menu and no literature about food washing the room. I wound up ordering a club sandwich from a local eatery and had it delivered. Wouldn't stay here again...read full review
I had a wonderful stay at the Westin Los Angeles Airport. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the airport shuttle made traveling easy and convenient. The staff was friendly and professional, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. A great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near LAX!
