The front service desk rep stated if you need towels for the pool just let us know. So when we went to the pool I let the front counter person know there are no towels available so he said he will bring towels down. In which no towels were brought down. So then while I’m at the pool I called on my cell to bring towels to the pool and still didn’t bring any towels. Then I had to finally go to the front desk to get towels all within 30 minutes. Just poor customer service. Then in the morning I wanted to apply $100 towards my bill and Mara just know how to apply money to the bill. As a Diamond member I was just surprised with the customer service!!

My sister and I came to LA for the first time, and we stayed here at the Hampton Inn. I highly recommend this place because of Luis. He was absolutely phenomenal and so kind to us. He helped us with everything and made us feel so welcomed with his jokes and positivity!!! It made my stay 10x better, and I will absolutely be coming back here in the future. Thank you Luis for being so amazing and making everything easy for us, we appreciate you so much.

Hotel is so nice inside! Breakfast is fabulous and included. The rooms and bathrooms are so nice and new. Great spot to be close to the music venues. Just stay at the hotel, don’t go walking.
