We came to Sports Clips in Encino Town Center on April 12th, my son had long curly hair and we were getting all that trimmed, Anselmo was the one available that day.. what a BIG mistake.. he did a horrible job, unprofessional and not what I am used to get at this place. He ruined my son’s hair and had no form, texture or style. My husband even left Tips for this person when he did no deserve it. When I saw my son I wanted to go and he my money back and tell him how much I unappreciated his work.
I am going back but this time I want to make sure Heidi is the only one who touches my sons hair.. as she and Sonia always do a great job and are patient especially with children.

Rosie was amazing. Very friendly and never makes you feel like a burden. When she asks if you like what you see, she's genuinely asking and will fix anything you don't love.

Went to this location with my husband as usual, but this time things were so different. The gentlemen named Cesar helped my husband and we left so unsatisfied for the service we payed for. The mvp is usually what we pay for but that day my husband mentioned the stylist didn’t wore any gloves and that my husband asked him to use gloves and he replied by saying if there was any on site he would, but no supplies have been ordered. The hair cut was so good but just the mvp process wasn’t all that as usual.
