I visited Sparrow’s Nest with two of my best friends, one of whom is pregnant, and we had such a wonderful experience. We loved that they offered prenatal massages so our pregnant friend could fully enjoy the spa day with us, while also providing excellent treatments for the rest of us.
The space itself was beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment we arrived. Having a dedicated parking lot was also incredibly convenient and made the whole experience even more stress-free.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Sparrow’s Nest! Pia, my prenatal massage therapist, was truly out of this world incredible. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable and cared for throughout the entire session. As an expectant mom, it’s not always easy to find someone who understands exactly what your body needs, and Pia exceeded every expectation.
Laura at the front desk was such a doll—so warm, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. Honestly, everyone I interacted with was incredibly sweet, kind, and genuine.

I love this place! I’ve been here 3 times during my third trimester and each time has been wonderful and exactly what I needed for my pregnancy pain. I wasn’t sure how the set up would be, but the way they prompt you with pillows is the most comfortable I’ve been on a bed and I can tell the massage techniques are specifically tailored for pregnancy — very unique than massages I usually get at other spas before being pregnant. Definitely worth the price.
I found Emi to be an absolute wonderful masseuse and made the experience even more rewarding.
I look forward to returning for postpartum massages.
