My wool Persian-style rug was under a leaking skylight for a while before I realized it was leaking, and the water damage caused it to rip in the middle when I moved out of that apartment. It sat for a couple years before I found SoCal Rug Masters.
I knew going in that this would be a difficult repair since it would need a patch, but they made it happen! They did a great job cleaning it, and the sewing around the patch is absolutely pristine. I was a little concerned about how hard it might be to find a similar donor rug for the patch, but they found one in a similar colorway so it doesn’t stand out too much. Was searching for a rug cleaner in LA and so glad I decided on SoCal Rug Masters. I found a 1970s rug at an estate sale in terrible condition but knew if I took it to the right people they could bring it back to life. They are experts at repairing as well if you need that besides cleaning. I took it into the Wilshire location and they were very helpful and even have a great selection of rugs there to look at. Cannot recommend enough.

I’m so glad I found this business! They have cleaned 5 carpets for me over past two years, and they did excellent work on all 5, including free pickup and delivery. They worked with our schedule and provided plastic for wrapping and storing when I asked.
