Loved working with this company! Armen and his team are very professional and have a great depth of knowledge on rugs. Whether your purchasing a piece directly from them or your having restoration work done on your own rug- they will take care of you. I was so impressed with the work they did on our rug! Carefully cleaned and restored for us!

I've been using Silk Road, for years they do a great job Cleaning and repairing my Persian rugs. They are super courteous and very careful with my furniture that needs to be removed to pick up the rugs. I would highly recommend using this family-owned company for all your precious rugs

I had a large area rug, white at that, that needed to be cleaned and from the excellent reviews of Silk Road, especially those mentioning Armen, I looked beyond Yelp to see if the reviews were too good to be true. After watching videos of their process of HAND CLEANING, I called and spoke to Armen personally. By this point, he was a celebrity in my mind. Came to my home, explained their process, detailed costs involved and why. Just before him, another guy came and gave me a flat rate almost as soon as I opened the door AND had given the wrong material of the rug which, if I had gone with his cheaper price would have TOTALLY ruined it.
