Here the funny story, it was late at night, a piece of my water filter break down, in calling 5 different personne before Richard’s answer his phone, he could not come but instead of saying “ I can’t goodbye”, he help me on the phone with my problem, took time to explain me how to resolve it.He is someone that care and that make the all difference to me, knowing that a plumbers or anyone that could possibly come to my place to repair something take in consideration the persons and not only “potentially doing a job done”I will recommend 100% and call him anytime I have a problème with my plumbing
