About Prime Plus Roof & Gutter

Prime Plus Roof & Gutter is a reputable roofing and gutter company. The team is honest, polite, thorough, and knows the trade well. Customers describe quick responses, next-day inspections, fair quotes, and clear explanations in simple terms. One customer had rainwater dripping through the ceiling near a patio. The team found a large weed in the gutter channel, cleared it, and explained that clogged gutters cause drainage problems and push water back under roofing materials. They also noticed the downspout opening was too small, made a helpful adjustment, reset nails that worked up from the roof surface, and sealed the area with a strong patch. Another job involved worn-out gutters, rotten fascia boards, metal wrapping, and new 6-inch seamless gutters on a church building and parish hall. Other customers needed full roof replacement, new gutters, roof decking and vent repairs, chimney removal, and flashing. Crews finished the main roof in one day, covered areas with tarps, worked efficiently, kept the job site clean, and completed a full cleanup. Pricing was fair, communication was clear, and the workmanship was professional. Customers highly recommend Prime Plus Roof & Gutter for roofing, re-roof, flashing, gutter, fascia, and roofline work.

My wife and I needed a roof replacement, so we contacted several roofing companies for estimates. Most of them sent salespeople, and the pricing felt high. Then we found Russell, who came out himself, inspected the roof, explained the shingle and ventilation options in simple terms, and gave us a very fair quote. He was able to fit us into the schedule on a weekend because our roof already had an active leak and we wanted it handled before more rain caused interior damage. Russell and his crew did excellent roofing work, paid close attention to quality, and made sure the vents and pipe flashings were painted to match the new shingles for a clean finished look. We are… read full review

i don t know much about roofing, other than the roof and gutter system should keep water out of the house. When i noticed rainwater dripping through the ceiling near my patio, I knew i needed a roofer right away. Luckily, a friend recommended Prime Plus Roof & Gutter and said Emmanuel was honest and knew his trade well. When i called, Emmanuel got back to me in less than 10 minutes and set up a visit for the very next day to inspect the issue and give me an estimate. When he arrived, I showed him the trouble spot on the patio roof. He quickly went up the ladder, checked the shingles, flashing, and gutter line, and found a large weed growing in the gutter channel. He cleared… read full review

I help with building maintenance at a local church, and we needed a roofing contractor to fix a serious gutter and fascia problem. The old gutters were too small, and the fascia boards had started to rot and pull away from the roofline. Russell and the crew removed the worn-out gutters, replaced the damaged fascia boards, wrapped the new wood with metal for added protection, and installed new 6-inch seamless gutters on both the main church building and the parish hall. I watched the roofing and gutter work from start to finish and was very impressed by the care, skill, and attention to detail. The crew worked efficiently, kept the job site clean, and made sure every part… read full review
