    Ray is a phenomenal trainer and coach! When I first started working with Ray, I was almost 200 pounds (for reference, I'm 5'8" and a woman) and was extremely uncomfortable in my own body. Additionally, I fractured my back when I was 20 and live with chronic back pain, so certain exercises were off limits for me. Notwithstanding my limitations, Ray was able to help me completely transform my body. In addition to physically training me, after learning about my eating habits and conducting a detailed physical analysis, Ray also created individualized meal plans for me to follow.     I've been working out with Ray for almost 9 months now. I used to work out at the gym across the street ( my trainer there was cool, but eventually the culture there kinda went down and wasn't for me)but my wife was training with Ray and she told me that I would get along well with him. I guess she was right! Ray took me on when I was super out of shape and worked with me on my level. I weighed in around 213-214 lbs. heaviest I've ever been in my life. Throughout this time I have cut 15 lbs of fat but gained 15 lbs of lean muscle. I feel and look better in years. My plan is to lose another 15-20 lbs of fat.     I just finished a 6 month program with Ray and I am now in the best shape ever. At 57 I have sculpted definition in my arms, legs and and a 6 pack for the first time in my life. Ray was recommended to me from another trainer. Ray is the go to guy when other trainers want to get in shape. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition, anatomy and Physical fitness. Once you tell Ray what your overall goal is, he will set up a nutrition plan and and work out to fit that goal. Be prepared to work for it. You will work hard and you will sweat but if you listen to Ray you will get what you want out of it. Ray insists on good form to cut down on injury, yet get you the best results...read full review
