I've been here a few times when getting my prescriptions. I'm very happy about switching pharmacies. The pharmacists are very friendly and professional. I just love professionalism, which we don't get nowadays. So to this pharmacy thank you for making a difference

I've been a new patient at QueensCare Hollywood location and it's been years since my last pregnancy. I had some issues with my health insurance and benefits luckily Sandra is my savior! She never gave me an attitude and is always available to assist. Without Sandra's help, I would have switched clinics already. I also recommend Dr. Lee for OB, he's the best and located at Eagle Rock QueensCare.

OMG!!! We were a bit hesitant going here because we've only done virtual doctor appointments since covid started. BUT, we had to change insurance from kaiser to blue cross and my daughter needed a urgent referral for a specialist. Instead of waiting forever, Laura returned my call about setting up a brief appointment to get the referral process started. She was super professional, understanding about the urgency and really helpful over the phone. The covid precautions in the whole building really put my daughter and my mind at ease. We were checked in by cristina in the pediatrics department and she was a doll. Even gave my daughter stickers after. We met with Dr. Min and she was GREAT!! She assured us the referral was put through and she would personally contact me by the end of the day and that the specialist should be able to see us as early as next week. All in all, for our first visit, this clinic was spectacular!!! I've already signed all 3 of my kids up for physicals here. The office staff all worked together and felt like a family. Thanks guys
