They scheduled a same-day visit, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had my house cool again in no time. The technician explained everything clearly, and the rates were very reasonable.
AC Unit was making some rather loud noise, and summer had begun, so we called ProTech. They managed to send someone out same day, they were fantastic (and wore shoe covers!!). They cleaned the ac unit and the noise went away. Now much more comfortable about going into a hot summer.
I had an AC emergency, and they responded right away. The technician was extremely helpful, professional, and resolved the issue much faster than I expected. I'd gladly recommend them.
