I come here for my boss regularly. The employees may speak better Korean than English but they are very accomodating and extremely convenient; you can call them in advance to prep things earlier than they open which helps with jobs where supplies seem to disappear faster than the suppliers can keep up.

They are very respectful and very thoughtful. I urge installers and HVAC contractors that need LG or parts to try these guys out.

At first I can see where some may say the phone call was rude but it wasn’t. More of a language difference. The lady said they had the part so drive 2:30 to get there. The same lady greated me in the showroom and she was very kind and sweet. Offered me a seat and got my part. Then she wrapped it up for me in foam and told me carry it like a baby to keep it safe on the long drive home. Very kind employee and part worked perfectly. I am glad I didn’t listen to some of the negative comments here. Great price and part. I hope I don’t need to come back again but if I do I will not be mad about it. Thank you
