I made my appointment in advance with May and was excited about my potential vacay design. Checked out her work on IG. My first concern was that I didn’t know they moved. Apple Maps led me to the old address and I panicked. Needs to be updated on Google. My second concern and reason for the 3 stars…May wasn’t there for my scheduled appointment. I was not given notice of her absence nor was I offered a remedy. “She isn’t here today only tomorrow!” That’s it. I showed my appointment confirmation which was made 2 weeks ago. Very disappointed. Now I have to find someone before my vacation!!!!!

This is my second time here. I love getting my pedicure done here. Clean environment which I really appreciate. I got a different lady today and she also did a great job. Seems like all these ladies really take their time to perfect their work. Great job to the owner who choose some hard working employees. Got here and was seated right away. I got an acrylic fill on my left big toe and new acrylic done on my right toe with white gel polish. Owner came to ask me if I was okay or wanted something to drink. Hospitality here is great. I'll be back soon for a new color and fill.

I have been coming to Politur for a couple years now and I am always amazed at the quality of work and products. Cindy and team always deliver exactly what I'm looking for in the cutest salon. Complimentary drinks, cleanliness and not to mention they're always playing the jams Whether you're feeling a simple gel mani or in the mood for for any design, the ladies at Politur will take care of you. 10/10 recommend!
