They made me have a test that wasn't for my condition, I got a second opinion, and I'm very happy now.

Ok I'm editing my review. Finally got a Dr who actually cared and treated me like a person. I didn't leave frustrated and having more questions than answers. Very though and delicate about the situation. Not an NP an actual DR. Dr. Shawn Sedgh. Not sure if that was the difference but demeanor was definitely better.
I'm disappointed. I feel like they don't care. Jumped to a conclusion which later saw that it was wrong. I just don't wanna start over somewhere else. Just not happy at all been to 2 locations both seem a tad incompetent to me. Yes I have a medical background which might be way I'm more irritated by them but feel bad for those who don't and get this type of care.

Awful and illegal practices. They take my insurance. I have a hospital deductible that doesn’t apply to office visits. I go there after taking off from work and they try to get me to pay out of pocket bc they say my deductible isn’t met. I explain it doesn’t apply and show them proof and they won’t budge. I leave and call my insurance and they confirm my deductible doesn’t apply and say they either were just trying to get more money from me or they’re illegally billing for hospital services.

What a nightmare. There is no direct access to the office, just an overseas call center. So you can't facilitate anything over the phone. They don't call back either. I had an issue during one of the tests and was gaslit when I asked why I could no longer move my arm....he literally told me I couldnt move it when I arrived. WHAT!!??? The office is set up to where you can hear everyone else's appointment. Everything felt rushed and they refused to look at the labs I literally just did at Cedars Sinai, so they could do their own exact same labs, and not call me back. I would not recommend.

This place is a joke of a doctors office. Besides Dr Eskanazi who I only met once, the other providers here are incompetent and unskilled. I just got a billing letter from THREE YEARS AGO charging me out of network charges ($250) per 3min telehealth call to refill my migraine meds. They told me I was in-network ever since I was a patient, and now they’re demanding $2k for 5 phone calls lol. Ridiculous. Avoid like the plague.

I was treated amazing by Dr Senge. I was given medication prescribed and tests ordered to get to the root of my problems. My initial negative opinion was changed by the actual extraordinary patient care.

Dr. Edward Balbas was outstanding. He was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough throughout my EMG testing. He took the time to explain each step clearly, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful appointment feel calm and manageable. I truly appreciated his care and attention and would highly recommend him.

All phone numbers go to an offshore call center than cannot connect you to the Dr. 40 minute wait past scheduled appointment time. Appointment was just a series of questions that could be answered via email or phone call, did not require taking half a day off to drive to Beverly Hills to wait 40 minutes for a 10 minute conversation that could have been a phone call.
