Jeff is an extremely talented Rolfer and he puts a lot of care and attention into each session. He quickly fixed problems that I’ve been struggling with for years. There is nothing better than feeling un-wound and relaxed on a deep level. Highly recommend.

Jeff was a huge help. He's very intuitive and can find the root cause of issues. After visiting many chiropractors, massage therapists, and even getting facet block injections in the past to block pain, One session with Jeff made more of a difference than any of these things. I had more relaxation, balance, and range of motion than I had in years and I was able to get back to surfing after being too stiff to do it for over a year. If you are on the fence about getting rolfed here is my advice: do it. It will change your life.

Rolfing was fantastic! Wish I had done it sooner. My body was holding onto old injuries so long- had no idea I really needed it. Jeffrey was great. Super laid back, but dang- he goes deep and sometimes it's not very pleasant. But- wow- I felt amazing afterwards everytime and rolfing cut my chiropractic visits down to more than half!
