The girl in the reception is so nice and helpful. I came with my friend to a steam room and in a 15 min old American lady came and let us know that we shouldn't talk in steam room because she comes for medication and we talking in another language so we should get out to our country back. We were shocked, really. Another advantage is waiting to me in a massage room. Her name is Andrea. She comes and asks me what kind of massage I'd like. I unswer that I wanna deep and warm. I came here regularly for several months. Very professional massage therapists that will tailor the service to your needs. Their facilities (shower, bath, toiletries) are some of the best I have used.
