It’s all about the staff honestly. Brittani and the other ladies who work the front desk always greet us with a smile, and make us feel welcomed. I’m a regular with Nikki and she does a great job not only for the waxing part but to make you feel comfortable. It is not easy for everyone to feel comfortable enough to allow someone in their personal space and this team makes that happen, consistently! Customer experience is great overall, wax is great, and staff is great, PeriodT!
