I've been coming to this office since I was a little girl maybe 7, the doctors the staff are friendly, sometime maybe a bit serious but they are running a big office, it can be a little bit of a wait but been here since I was little I'm not planing on changing it anytime soon. They were extremely helpful as well when I started with my contacts journey & anytime I need a fill they have something in hand for me. amazing office overall!

This optometrist clinic always have been excellent, the problem started after Dr. Luis Perez stopped to manage this business,Wife and I've see Dr.Perez for the las 20 years,he is very professional and excellent person who always see his patients as a family member, unfortunately the personal at the front desk doesn't have customer service skills,My wife told then one time that they have to change their attitude because we as a customer deserve respect,During the Covid-19 they were asking to all the patients to wear a mask, and I asked then to wear their mask too , their answer was that they don't need it I hope the person in charge of this business pay attention to this...read full review

I'm so sad that I haven't been able to see the doctor here in over a year as they are truly the best doctors I've ever been to. Unfortunately, this location has gone down hill over time. The staff is very unorganized and overbooks patients. I've scheduled an appointment TWICE and I've been told that it shouldn't be a long wait due to the time I've chosen which has been 11:30am. I walked in on both occasions and the place (which is extremely small) was jam packed, so much so that I even accidentally hit someone with the door as I tried to open it.
