Lorena Vision Center has been a trusted optometrist clinic for many, with some customers visiting since they were children. The doctors and staff are generally described as friendly, although there can be a wait due to the large number of patients. The clinic accepts Medi-Cal and is praised for their assistance during the contact lens journey. However, there have been some complaints about the front desk staff's customer service skills and adherence to safety measures, such as wearing masks. Former patients highly regard Dr. Luis Perez for his professionalism and treating them like family. It is hoped that the management will take these reviews into consideration.
I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and the staff are great. I don’t know why there are many negative comments on here. Yes you have to wait your turn which can take a while, just bring something to read or listen to. The receptionists are super kind and helpful and the eye doctor always does a great job.
From someone who has worked in the same field, my experience at this office was perfect! I brought my boys in as New patients, fast process to check in, brought in for testing and taken into the room, selected glasses and even had one of my boy’s tested for contact ALL within a 1 hour time frame for both my kids. Staff and Doctor were so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for one of the best experience we have ever had.
been coming here since i was about 15 years old (currently 22) and i've decided to go to another eye doctor. the gordita receptionist is lowkey rude as well as the muchacha with the glasses. the only nice people there is the doctor himself and the guy with the glasses and 1 long sleeve. i guess the problem here is the front staff. now that i can make my own decisions, im moving somewhere else. don't recommend this place!
