I brought 3 pairs of pants to Liberty to be altered. I brought in an additional pair of pants for reference. The elderly man at the counter measured the inseam of the pants I brought in and said that he could use those measurements to make the alterations. I asked if I should try them on and have them pinned or if measuring the inseam the best way to decide on the length. He said measuring the inseam on the sample was fine. I asked twice more after that if I should try them on. He said no. With him being and “expert” and me having no tailoring knowledge, I took him at his word.
