Howard and his team are friendly and professional. They greet me by name when I walk in the door and have the last four numbers of my phone number memorized so that they can quickly draw up my account. They are very thorough with cleaning and make sure to examine each item of clothing that I drop off and flag any spots or damage they see before starting the job. They've also helped me out in emergencies when I had to rush dry clean something... they pushed it to the head of the line without batting an eyelash. Very grateful for these guys!

Seinfeld said it a while ago...."it's a delight!" In all honesty, the CBA of doing laundry at a public place vs fluff & fold is not enough to warrant searching for quarters & paying a buttload for detergent etc...
