Just signed up and enjoying my experience so far. I worked with Trent for my introduction session and he was super kind and motivating - also had very thorough knowledge on how to create a workout/dietary plan to achieve whatever goals you have. Looking forward to going back.
I was taken here as a guest since my daughter is a member, and I had a great time--- all the machines were functional, they had lots of options with respect to types of machines to isolate different muscle groups, and the facilities, bathroom and spa were nice and clean.
Came to get a membership to la cienega location and the staff was really helpful, Enrique helped every step of the way on details of my membership and got each of my friends a pass to workout for free.
