Not the greatest experience. They tell themselves as I wear experts, but often times I found in the past year and a half the communication over the phone is somewhat unhelpful and can be misleading.

One of the main problems is the language and culture barrier, because this place is located firmly in the deep part of Koreatown And the nationality is a big factor in the company.

There’s really only one person on their staff who speaks clear English, so you have to pray that when you call, that after the 45 minutes to an hour in traffic to get to the main location on Vermont Avenue, that they are in the house.

Incredible, i've been going there since that I came from cuba twenty three years ago i star seen Mathias, amazing And. Hector Matthias is no longer there by Hector is they're very sweet professional. They give ideas the best glasses,lentes, that's my place to go when I want to buy glasses.I bought so many that I don't have the count They give you their opinion, the best prizes. Ever the best attention go with Hector amazing, you will not regret it. He's a sweet heart

Italee has great service, they are efficient and friendly. They have a great selection of glasses from affordable to designer lenses. I love that the technology they use doesn't require me to get eyes dilated. The doctor is professional and takes her time to discuss eye health. My favorite person was Chris Park. He's the best in knowledge and patience. He made my experience that much better. Wish more people had his work ethic.
