If you are looking for a work space where all the action is then this is the place. It's located next to the infamous "Capital Records" on Vine and Yucca with plenty of 2 hour street parking as well as a private parking lot for the building. You can rent by the month with access to shared conference space and other amenities. All utilities are included in the monthly price. *Prices vary depending on the size of the room (Call for pricing but I believe some spaces go for $1,000 and up)*Very clean with security at the front entrance*Elevator *State of the art restrooms on every floor

I'm so grateful a friend recommended Spaces to me as a co-working option. I more even more delighted with how friendly the sales team was and the reception staff goes beyond expectation! Pam, Darius, and Anaisa are my new work besties and I look forward to seeing their smiling faces every time I come to the office. The facilities are beautiful & clean and I highly recommend this location.

Spaces in Hollywood has the best receptionist team ever, they all have an amazing personality and they go above and beyond to help with any questions and concerns. Pamy, Darius and Anaiz all are amazing people persons. Paul the sales manager is another amazing individual who you will always see with a big smile on his face and greeting everyone.
