I had been shaving my head for a couple years due to COVID-19 and decided to grow it out a bit and go for a regular haircut.I wandered into great clips and saw Selena alive and well cutting hair...lol.Ducky is amazing.I won't go anywhere else ...ever.I'll go back to shaving it if she isn't there.She is also an absolute sweetheart.She could cut hair for a lot more money than she gets there for sure.Trims my beard , washes my hair and is my therapist..ha ha.I usually take a nap after I get a haircut.Go get a haircut and tip her well...ya cheapskates. Ha

Let's start with the positive about this Great clips, the stylist named Denise is amazing! I am so glad this salon is open in Eagle Rock near, CVS & Sprouts! Walking distance to me and super convenient. Sadly, the salon needs help with more staff. I see the staff being burned out and not appreciated by the salon owners. I have been coming here since it opened, and see a lot of staff turnover. My son and I get our hair cuts here regularly, and use the frequent customer card, that gets us a free cut after the tenth visit. I hope the owners read this and make positive changes to improve the moral which will effect the longevity and customer service from the stylist. Happy...read full review

I’ve made Great Clips my go to barber, their app means I can check on wait times, the notes system they use means my cut is constantly good, regardless of the stylist. I would highly recommend them.Services: Beard trim
