I have been truly amazed over the past five years of the loft privato (formerly The Loft) and its stylists. I’ve come and brought my two school-aged daughters in for trims and for myself, cut and color (and had my first double bleach process and tone/gloss done). Abel now has his own Highland Park salon and gave me the perfect pixie cuts I’d strived for, and stylists such as Heather, Lisa, Amore and Eva worked with my daughters and/or me during various visits. I was extremely happy with my haircut! Clay really listened to what I wanted, and it turned out similar to the references I gave him.I felt like I could trust Clay to talk me through what he was doing. Also, he took his time and I got a shampoo and style.My girlfriend swears by Jacqueline and she was the reason I switched from my last hair dresser.

First time experience at the Loft today and I had such a wonderful time. I really needed some change and came for a haircut with the idea of toning also. One thing lead to another and I ended up getting highlights and a full dye on top of the cut. I absolutely love it. My only qualm is that the color did not come out the way I had asked, but it's still pretty.Ultimately, the staff is super friendly, the environment is clean and modern, and everything felt welcoming and easy. Thank you, Edwin and Heather for making this happen! Cheers to a new me.
