Beautiful spa and amazing team makes this an experience not to be missed! The gentleman who checked us in was warm and welcoming, guiding us through the process with ease. And the therapist was really good. She listened to what I wanted in a message and checked in often, but still provided the calm relaxing experience I had hoped for.

I'm a big Four Seasons spa customer and have been to most and this location just did not seem to look or feel Like the brand. It's a very very small spa that is very outdated. No pool access or other water access to plunge in. You have a sauna and steam room in the restroom area that had a leak from the ceiling. Tiny waiting room that you really can't relax as it is next to the reception area and you can hear everyone talking. On a good note my massage was good and the massage technician was professional and new what she was doing. So if you want to rush in and out for a massage then it may be a good place for you but if you are looking for the experience this is not the place.

I had an absolutely lovely deep tissue massage from Freddy. The spa is so relaxing and Freddy is such a great masseuse. I would highly recommend it to anyone. And with the travelzoo deal, it was totally worth it. I will be coming back. I might even splurge for a 90-minute next time!
