My experience was really disappointing. You pay 360 dollars for a make up and hair trial, and you speak with the one coordinator to set up a time but you don’t know who will actually be rendering the services for your trial so there is no way to really vet their work beforehand or get a chance for you to select an artist that could deliver something you like from their portfolio. I wanted a soft blown out center part bouffant very close to what Kim Kardashian had in her wedding to Kanye. Also, I feel like that is a pretty common ask for bridal hair so I felt ok asking for it.
