Excellent customer service! This is our second experience with American Rat control. The first was 10 years go. At that time they trapped the critters and sealed off all the access points. That lasted 10 years until the critters chewed their way back in the house . When they started munching on our food my husband set out traps and got a few of them. Then he had to out of town leaving me to deal with the problems. I called American rat control
