We've been using Bon Pest Control for years after a friend referred them. Victor is our guy. We're ALWAYS happy to call him as we know he'll handle our issues in a timely manner, with thoughtfulness and won't overcharge us.

I've had a contract with Bon for many years for monthly treatment of the exterior of a multifamily building in LA, as well as occasional interior unit treatments. I think the best thing I can say is that "I never have to worry about it". There's never been a month missed, and very very few pest issues. On the occasions when a unit needs an interior service, a quick email to Bon, and they'll almost always contact the resident within a day to schedule. Feedback from residents has been positive, as well. Contractors that respond reliably and do a good job with what they're contracted for seem to be getting rarer and rarer, and Bon does well on both fronts.

I definitely recommend Bon Pest if you think you might have a pest issue. I found a lot of termites (both dead and alive) outside my apartment and thought we might have a problem. Javier came to check it out - super friendly and he did a thorough examination. Turns out we didn't have a problem in the walls so no treatment was needed. Even though our landlord would be responsible for paying, I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me on a treatment. It would have been a hassle to leave the apartment for hours with my two cats if he needed to spray so I really appreciated that. I'll definitely give them a ring in the future if i have any other pest issues. Thanks Javier!
